Class Awareness:
This is a hands-on course using power tools, hand tools, hazardous chemicals and materials. All safety concerns will be addressed in class, but students should be prepared for physical labor and dress accordingly. Equipment will be supplied. If you have any other questions contact the instructor, Damian Cianci: dcianci@edcc.edu.
Prerequisites:
There are no academic requirements to meet before registering for any of these courses, but there will be considerable use of power tools and other shop related equipment so a basic understanding will be helpful.
Class Content and Projects:
The projects in each class may differ. This may also mean that the class content could change as well. We do try to keep all projects taught at a first level to use similar methods. Please choose the one that you are most comfortable or familiar with.
